PASSENGER RULES TO RIDE
A Code of Conduct to Maintain A Safe and Pleasant Experience for Everyone.
We ask that riders observe the following Rules to Ride while on the bus.
Items that are RESTRICTED from the bus:
v Hazardous materials (flammable substances, corrosive agents, etc.) or weapons (firearms, knives, etc.)
v Open containers of alcoholic beverages.
v Illegal Drugs – drugs not obtained by doctor’s prescription.
v Animals – except certified service animals, animals CAN NOT ride on seats.
Personal Hygiene and Dress Code:
v Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.
v Personal hygiene must be maintained in a manner that does not result in offensive odors. Passengers with poor hygiene can be denied transportation.
Eating, Drinking and Electronic Devices:
v Eating is prohibited on the bus.
v No SMOKING
v No beverages without a secure lid. NO Alcoholic beverages.
v Radios or other sound-generating equipment may be used with headphones.
v No abusive, threatening or obscene language or actions.
v No marking, etching, cutting or damaging the bus in any way.
v No illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated.
v No unnecessary conversation with the driver.
v No obstructions are allowed in the aisle. Carry-on items and Strollers must be stored within seating area.
v Riders who engage in physical abuse or cause physical injury to another rider or driver will be subject to immediate withdrawal from the bus, suspension from service and possible criminal charges.
Depending on the severity of the violation, the following penalties will be enforced for riders who violate any of the Rider Rules of Conduct:
v One (1) violation will result in verbal warning.
v Two (2) violations will result in written warning.
v Three (3) violations will result in suspension of service for a minimum of 30 days.
